  • Ralph Lauren expands beyond fashion into home goods (launching a paint line via Home Depot) and hospitality (cafes and restaurants worldwide). Each extension needed to feel authentically Ralph Lauren while succeeding in non-appareal categories with different stakeholders and customer expectations.

  • Project lead for cross-functional brand extension launches. Managed coordination across Ralph Lauren internal teams (design, copy, marketing, production), external retail partners (Home Depot), and agency/vendor relationships under compressed timelines.

Energy Healing and UGC Creator

Developing my personal Social Media & Web Strategy

  • Building a personal brand online that could attract clients for energy healing services while simultaneously establishing credibility as a UGC creator.

    The challenge is twofold: gain visibility in a crowded wellness space and demonstrate understanding of rapid platform shifts (Instagram, TikTok) to appeal to brands seeking authentic 40+ millennial content creators.

  • Founder and content strategist for personal brand spanning energy healing services and UGC creation. Responsible for all brand positioning, content strategy, platform presence, and community growth across wellness and creator economies.

  • From presenting a polished, distant expert persona, I pivoted my brand around accessibility and lifestyle integration while maintaining aesthetically appealing brand consistency. I show my actual life — traveling between California, Asia, and Costa Rica — while weaving in education on energy work and intuition. The content targets female founders and organizational leaders, speaking to women who want both success and alignment.

    For UGC work, I leverage my understanding of platform algorithms and viewer behavior, creating content that performs for brands in travel, wellness, and tech while maintaining authenticity. As a 40+ woman of color, I fill a market gap brands are actively seeking but struggle to find.

Investing and building something meaningful abroad

  • Building a hospitality business from raw land in a foreign country. SURÁ required navigating international property acquisition, architectural development, brand creation, operational infrastructure, and funding strategy — all while maintaining a clear vision for eco-luxury wellness positioning in a competitive retreat market.

  • Co-founder and equal investor. Led responsibilities for marketing, facilitator and events coordination, staff management, and overall business strategy. Bringing entrepreneurial experience from previous ventures to guide operational and strategic decisions.

  • Applied end-to-end brand and business development expertise to hospitality context. Co-managed with other founders architectural design oversight and build coordination while simultaneously developing all brand elements. Building a conscious female personal care brand from concept to customer

  • The founders had a vision for clean and environmentally sustainable personal care products but needed a partner who could navigate everything from product development to market launch.

  • Brought in as an equal partner to lead end-to-end brand and product development from concept through market launch. Strategic advisor and operational lead across product development, branding, digital presence, and go-to-market execution.

  • I worked alongside the male investors from concept through technical production, branding, and multi-channel launch. This meant partnering with manufacturers in China, developing packaging that held true to the eco-friendly mission, hiring and managing a team to create the brand identity and content targeting conscious consumers, and building presence across web, Amazon, and social media.

Partnering with a Urologist MD to create a brand

  • A doctor with no business experience, specializing in urinary tract health wanted to create a credible, science-backed supplement line for B2B and B2C.

  • Strategic brand development and operational partner. Bridged medical formulation expertise with market execution, managing all aspects from lab coordination through brand creation and community-based market entry.

  • Collaborated directly with Urologist on formula development while simultaneously building market-ready brand. Coordinated lab partnerships for production, packaging in accordance to FTC guidelines, developed brand identity that balanced credibility with approachability, and created community-first go-to-market strategy — integrating Yoori into wellness events and conversations rather than relying solely on digital advertising.

Brand Refresh & Digital Presence • Hospitality

Reimagining a distillery + restaurant’s digital identity

  • Portuguese Bend had a beautiful physical space and compelling story, but their digital presence wasn't capturing the experience of the brand. In the midst of the global covid pandemic, they had to rely on boosting alcohol sales online.

  • Brand refresh and digital strategy lead. Directed website rebrand and development, including brand video production to elevate digital presence and brand storytelling.

  • Hired a team specific to hospitality marketing and led focused rebrand centered on translating physical atmosphere into digital experience. Developed brand video to convey craft and ambiance. Focused on story telling of farmed “hops” to specialized distillery in Southern California, paying homage to the namesake that nods to the prohibition era.
